What is the point of succeeding in life and business if you are not able or willing to help someone else do the same thing? Just like the Salvation Army whose slogan is “Doing the Most Good,” we feel that it is our obligation to do the most good with the resources and tools God has given us; that the success of our company and ourselves as individuals is to be used to bless others.
We are thankful for the opportunity we had to partner with the wonderful people at the Salvation Army at their annual golf fundraiser. We appreciate Thomas Kagoro and all of his help organizing and getting us involved in this wonderful, charitable event.
Although this picture makes us look like phenomenal golfers, we assure you that we make a far better exterminating team than golf team. With that being said, we still had an awesome day and sure are glad that Locust Hill Country Club allows amateurs like us to use their beautiful golf course.
Yes, our form did vary greatly and we may have relied heavily on one teammates shots in the scramble tourney, but we all had fun and were grateful for a day of golf, especially on a Monday. Speaking of form, how about that spinning follow through by Jimmy Lee?
At the end of the day, we were told that over $100,000 was raised for the Salvation Army. Knowing that we were a part of something that was going to help and touch so many lives, good golfing or not, made for an excellent Monday.
