    My name is Shawn and I’ve been with Town & Country Solutions since the beginning of 2018. But beyond that, “sorry, eh? I really just don’t know what to say ‘aboot’ myself.” Sooner or later, being Canadian is something that people will learn about me as I’m proud of my heritage! I was born in Toronto, Canada, but have been living here in Rochester, New York since 2002.  My wife Stephanie and I have 4 wonderful kids and I am truly blessed to have such a fantastic wife and wonderful family! I thoroughly enjoy fathering my kids and watching them all participate in sports, music, school, church or any other activities!

    Beyond my fatherly responsibilities, I enjoy spending time doing a variety of home improvement projects, golfing, playing any competitive sport possible (including Spikeball), and having the chance to volunteer in music and the college age ministry at First Bible Baptist Church.

    It’s just so nice to be ‘home’ everyday as the company truly knows how to make their employees feel like family!

    • Matt Fabry, the owner at the time, came to my house and found the location of the bees' nest in the fireplace. He made sure to kill the nest and to block them so they wouldn't fly back into the house in the process. He also made a mesh to stop a pair of birds from nesting in the gutter without charging anything extra. I was very impressed by the thorough service and fair price. I highly recommend them.

    • The experience started well when I first made phone contact with Town & Country. The aide who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and was able to set up appointment convenient for me. The two technicians who arrived (on time) were knowledgeable and well trained. They took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do to deal with the insect infestation in my rental unit. The non-toxic, all natural treatment proved effective, and there has been no recurrence in the four and a half months as the work was done. I was well satisfied and will continue to use Town & Country for any future problems.
