    My name is Shawn and I’ve been with Town & Country Solutions since the beginning of 2018. But beyond that, “sorry, eh? I really just don’t know what to say ‘aboot’ myself.” Sooner or later, being Canadian is something that people will learn about me as I’m proud of my heritage! I was born in Toronto, Canada, but have been living here in Rochester, New York since 2002.  My wife Stephanie and I have 4 wonderful kids and I am truly blessed to have such a fantastic wife and wonderful family! I thoroughly enjoy fathering my kids and watching them all participate in sports, music, school, church or any other activities!

    Beyond my fatherly responsibilities, I enjoy spending time doing a variety of home improvement projects, golfing, playing any competitive sport possible (including Spikeball), and having the chance to volunteer in music and the college age ministry at First Bible Baptist Church.

    It’s just so nice to be ‘home’ everyday as the company truly knows how to make their employees feel like family!

    • I've had them spray for carpenter ants for about ten years. Excellent. Last year I took the "everything " package because of spiders and stink bugs. And today I had that service again. Polite young men who do a good job.

    • He gave a lot of great information about how the wasps move around and how to remove it after the week was up. I had a huge wasp nest underneath the corner of my deck with 200-300 wasps in it. I found out about it after it stung my puppy and made an outdoor picnic move inside. Mike came and took care of it for me. I called in the morning and they came out the same afternoon! They sprayed to make sure the treatment was effective. He provided instructions on accurate next removal a week later. He informed me that we needed to leave the nest for a week to make sure all of the wasps that move in and out of the nest through out the days would be affected. He gave a lot of great information about how the wasps move around and how to remove it after the week was up.

    • I used Town & Country Pest Solutions for a mouse problem. They plugged up a few holes outside the house and put out a few poison blocks. They are fantastic and I have not had a problem in one year since I used them last. After they plugged up the holes and put out the poison I have not had a problem since.

    • We started using Town & Country three years ago at the recommendation of our realtor due to bees in our new home and had them come back out last year due to another bee issue. When we found Box Elders entering our home it was only natural for us to use their service again. This time we requested the Everything Package to cover both interior and exterior issues. The individual or team that came to the house were always polite, friendly, professional and willing to address any of our concerns for both human and pet safety around treated areas.
