I enjoy meeting new people and their families, which for some I know includes their pets. My goal is to make each customer feel valued and respected. When I’m not working I enjoy playing or watching sports with my friends, and spending time with my dogs. If I’m not doing one of those I’m most likely watching a movie or a good TV show.
He was fantastic! So down to earth understanding and reassuring while I was completely freaked out. It was wonderful to have good news of no bugs but he was reassuring and informative regardless of the outcome.
