I found out about it after it stung my puppy and made an outdoor picnic move inside. Mike came and took care of it for me. I called in the morning and they came out the same afternoon! They sprayed to make sure the treatment was effective. He provided instructions on accurate next removal a week later. He informed me that we needed to leave the nest for a week to make sure all of the wasps that move in and out of the nest through out the days would be affected. Matt Fabry, the owner at the time, came to my house and found the location of the bees' nest in the fireplace. He made sure to kill the nest and to block them so they wouldn't fly back into the house in the process. He also made a mesh to stop a pair of birds from nesting in the gutter without charging anything extra. I was very impressed by the thorough service and fair price. I highly recommend them.

It was super easy to set up the appointment via email. They were out to the house within two days of contact. Mike, the technician, was really great. Explained everything. I really like that they use natural products – I could stay in the house while he sprayed. And within 24 hours – all the huge spiders that had been living inside and outside my house were no longer. Will definitely use them again!

They came out the same day I called. We had a bee nest in our attic that caused mold on a bedroom ceiling. The bees had also gotten into the room. Town and Country took care of those bees quick! The exterminator they sent did a fantastic job!
