    Having come from many years of mental health and human service experience, it has been one of the biggest blessings of my life to join the Town & Country team. I am excited to be able to provide the best possible customer service for your pest control needs! I am incredibly grateful to be part of the family that has been created here; everyone truly cares for one another, and that is such an amazing and rare gift in itself.

    My family and friends are very important to me, so outside of work, you can find me spending time with some of my biggest supporters: my mom, my brother and my best friend, who I am thankful to call my fiancé, Dan. I love watching football, going shopping, and finding anything and everything I can at your local home decor store. In my spare time, I enjoy working on art projects or watching Grey’s Anatomy for the 100th time!

    • We started using Town & Country three years ago at the recommendation of our realtor due to bees in our new home and had them come back out last year due to another bee issue. When we found Box Elders entering our home it was only natural for us to use their service again. This time we requested the Everything Package to cover both interior and exterior issues. The individual or team that came to the house were always polite, friendly, professional and willing to address any of our concerns for both human and pet safety around treated areas.     • Have used Town & Country Solutions for several years. Can't recommend them enough! Always friendly and always have helped deal with our pest problem. We have gotten the annual carpenter ant barrier, which has protected our home against these pests, for the last 6 years. At one point in time we thought we had bed bugs, a technician came out and inspected for us, and let us know that we did NOT have them, much to our relief! Very much appreciate the honest appraisal! We will continue to use them!

    • He gave a lot of great information about how the wasps move around and how to remove it after the week was up. I had a huge wasp nest underneath the corner of my deck with 200-300 wasps in it. I found out about it after it stung my puppy and made an outdoor picnic move inside. Mike came and took care of it for me. I called in the morning and they came out the same afternoon! They sprayed to make sure the treatment was effective. He provided instructions on accurate next removal a week later. He informed me that we needed to leave the nest for a week to make sure all of the wasps that move in and out of the nest through out the days would be affected. He gave a lot of great information about how the wasps move around and how to remove it after the week was up.
