With the everything package, we are your on-call pest control service for the year for all pests included in your plan.
Our goal is to keep your home pest free! As pest problems arise throughout the year, you can contact us and we will be out to treat, typically within 1-3 business days.
Along with our guarantee to service your home for a wide-array of pest issues if they arise, we will apply preventative treatments to the exterior of your house in order to mitigate any opportunity a pest has of taking up residence in or on your home.

ANTS: Carpenter ants, sweet ants, murphy ants.
STINGING: wasps, yellow jackets, hornets, carpenter bees (Anywhere on property inout)
OTHER: potato bugs, spiders, grain moths/beetles, stink bugs, conifer bugs, centipedes, millipedes, asian lady beetles(lady bugs), mice/rats (interior only), box elder beetles, cluster (house) flies, and crickets
The following pests can be added onto your plan:
- Fruit Flies
- Exterior for Mice/Rats
- Snakes (3 month guarantee only)
- Spider/Clover mites
- Sand Bees
- Honeybees – We’ll only treat if a hive is in an area that is dangerous to people or pets.
- Ticks – Only specific areas (e.g., playground) can be treated as well as tree/wood line. Entire yard cannot be treated.
*If there is a pest you are looking to get treated that is not on either list, please ask our service advisor if it can be added onto your plan!
Your everything package comes with a one year guarantee. Any guarantees from treatments applied throughout the year will expire one year from the initial service date. If they come back, so do we!
If you call to renew your everything package within one month of its expiration, your renewal rate will be discounted $50 from the first year’s pricing.
